**About the Role**:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with experience in the **confectionery or food FMCG sector**, particularly in handling **A+ retail counters, dry fruit stores, mithai shops, bakeries, and wholesalers**.

This is a field sales role that requires market knowledge, networking skills, and the ability to drive retail sales across designated areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage retail and wholesale accounts in assigned areas (state/city specific)
- Regular market visits to meet **retailers and wholesalers**:

- Appoint and manage **distributors** within the area to ensure proper market penetration
- Ensure effective coordination with the internal sales team for smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Track and achieve monthly **sales targets** and report market feedback regularly
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong retailer relationships

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales, preferably in the **confectionery, dry fruits, or food industry**:

- Strong network and knowledge of **A+ counters and regional retail markets**:

- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Should be comfortable with regular **field travel**:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
