Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Corporate Business Development

  1. Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, CGHS, TPAs, PSUs, insurance companies, and government bodies.

  2. Lead negotiations for corporate empanelments and service pricing agreements.

  3. Expand B2B markets including health check-ups, occupational health, and on-site medical services.

  4. Strong negotiation and deal-closure capability

Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

  1. Understanding of hospital pricing, packages, and service lines.

  2. Prepare annual sales budget and growth targets for corporate segment.

  3. Work closely with clinical departments to design corporate-focused packages and value offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR leads of companies.

  2. Conduct periodic corporate meets, CMEs, camps, and engagement programs.

  3. Ensure seamless service experience for corporate patients in coordination with operations.

Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning

  1. Monitor competition activities, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities.

  2. Contribute to marketing campaigns targeted at corporate segments.

  3. Represent the hospital at external business forums and networking events.

Leadership & Team Management

  1. Lead and mentor Corporate Sales Managers, Executives, and Relationship Officers.

  2. Track KPIs, incentive plans, and productivity of the sales team.

  3. Conduct performance reviews and capability-building training.

Compliance & Documentation

  1. Ensure timely renewal of contracts, pricing addendums, and TPA agreements.

  2. Oversee audit readiness for insurance/corporate billing and documentation accuracy.

  3. Collaborate with Finance & Billing teams on payment collections and credit control.
