Job: Fire Instructor/Educator
Location: Client Site, Gandhinagar

Salary: INR 60,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Fire Instructor/Educator to deliver fire safety training at our client site in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fire science, safety compliance, and practical firefighting experience. Prior experience training teams and working with educational or government organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fire safety training sessions for employees and trainees.
  • Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of firefighting equipment and PPE.
  • Develop and update training materials aligned with safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train firefighting teams, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Maintain training records and report progress to management.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree preferably in Science from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Sub Officers course from NFSC, Nagpur or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in reputed fire services (government or private).
  • Proven ability to train and supervise teams of at least 10 fire personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of fire science, firefighting equipment, suppression systems, rescue operations, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with Indian fire safety laws and standards.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Added Advantage
Experience in fire safety training in schools or educational institutions.

Fire safety training certification from Fire Safety Institute, Nagpur.
