**Job Overview**:
The Safety Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety protocols to ensure that all real estate construction and operations comply with local, national, and international safety standards. The individual will work closely with project teams to ensure safe work environments, reduce accidents, and promote a culture of safety.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Safety Policy Development and Implementation:

- Develop, review, and implement safety policies and procedures in line with regulations and industry best practices.

2) Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections on construction sites and office premises.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Create action plans to mitigate risks and ensure safe work practices.

3) Site Inspections and Audits:

- Carry out safety audits and inspections of real estate projects, including construction sites and finished buildings.
- Prepare safety reports and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.

Incident and Accident Investigation:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.
- Prepare accident reports and recommend changes to prevent future incidents.

4) Training and Education:

- Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure employees are aware of workplace safety regulations and the proper use of equipment.

5) Emergency Response and Preparedness:

- Develop emergency response plans, including fire evacuation and first aid procedures.
- Coordinate and lead emergency drills to ensure all staff and workers are prepared.

6) Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incident reports, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory bodies.

7) Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Work closely with construction, project management, and maintenance teams to address safety concerns.
- Advise on safety aspects of real estate designs, renovations, and building systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry.
- Certification in Safety Management
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, construction site safety, and risk management techniques.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and report findings.
- Familiarity with safety management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
