Role : Senior Lead - Customer Engagement, Renewals & Marketing Support

Role Overview:

As a Senior lead, you will lead CRM operations, renewals, marketing support, and next-gen communication initiatives. This role requires expertise in CRM tools, data visualization, and platform-optimized content creation, ensuring seamless integration between data, communication, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer engagement- CRM, Renewals, App

  • Manage CRM operations and customer lifecycle processes, including renewals and retention strategies; app engagement, cross-sell, upsell & wellness.
  • Utilize tools like MoEngage for personalized engagement and campaign automation.

Data Strategy & Visualization

  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to analyze customer behavior and create actionable cohorts.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for marketing performance and MIS.

Communication Strategy

  • Develop new-age, platform-optimized communication for email, app notifications, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with customer cohorts and business objectives for maximum impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Business Teams, and Marketing Support to align strategies and streamline data flow.
  • Share insights and MIS reports with Senior Management for strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization

  • Drive automation and efficiency in marketing operations.
  • Establish best practices for data handling, reporting, and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in CRM platforms (MoEngage or similar).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication trends and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, and communication strategy.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
