Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Lead located in Bengaluru. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing development projects, leading technical teams, managing project timelines, reviewing code, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in software development. Additionally, the Senior Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals, mentor junior developers, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in software development, architecture, and design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the finance or investment industry is beneficial
