Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized Assistant Manager – Marketing
with
3–5 years of real estate marketing experience
. The role involves working closely with the Sales team, internal marketing team, and external agencies to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives. From building marketing calendars to managing lead funnels, ensuring premium site experiences, and delivering actionable reports to stakeholders, this position is designed for someone who can seamlessly bridge strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing–Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to translate business requirements into actionable marketing plans.
- Manage expectations with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute the
marketing calendar
across ATL, BTL, digital, and events. - Track campaign outcomes and optimize for lead generation and conversions.
Team & Creative Coordination
- Provide clear briefs to content strategists, designers, and internal team members.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging quality across campaigns and social media.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Site & Customer Experience
- Oversee
site branding, events, and customer experiences
during visits. - Ensure smooth, engaging, and premium touchpoints for prospective customers.
Lead Funnel & Growth Planning
- Plan and manage the
lead funnel
, track lead health, and improve lead quality. - Work with Sales to set funnel targets and improve conversions.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage external
Design, PR, Branding, and Digital agencies
. - Oversee briefs, deliverables, timelines, and performance.
Reporting & Presentations
- Attend weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings
to present updates. - Prepare professional
reports, dashboards, and presentations
on marketing ROI, funnel status, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in real estate (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
skills (dashboards, presentations, reporting). - Strong
communication and language skills
(verbal + written). - Working knowledge of
social media marketing, performance marketing basics, and copywriting
. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, teams, and agencies simultaneously.
