Key Responsibilities:

● Test Planning and Design:

○ Analyze project requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.

○ Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software meets

requirements and quality standards.

● Test Execution:

○ Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

○ Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

○ Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure software functionality.

● Documentation and Reporting:

○ Document test results and create detailed test reports.

○ Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders.

○ Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.

● Collaboration:

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers,

and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve issues.

○ Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving testing processes

and methodologies.

Qualifications:

● Education:

○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

● Experience:

○ 2 years of experience in manual software testing.

○ Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration,

system, user acceptance).

● Skills:

○ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

○ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

○ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Preferred Qualifications:

○ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

○ Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
