Mandatory:

• 10+ years' hands on experience in User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance roles

• Ideal candidates should have prior experience of QA, team management for QA resources deployed across multiple scrum teams and be able to manage QA roll over (from sprint to sprint)

• Work with scrum master and product owner/RTE to ensure test coverage and the QA certified delivery to production

• Manage UAT testing and downstream working groups

• Responsible for managing multiple stakeholders from downstream too along with UAT users

• Manage the entire UAT lifecycle, from test planning and scenario creation to test execution and defect management

• Work closely with IT, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery

• Take ownership of risk management within UAT, identify potential issues, and implement procedures to mitigate them

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence

• Discuss with business analysts and understand/align with business requirements,

• Manage QA teams to verify the work products are delivered according to the business objectives

• Excellent knowledge in QA Processes, Business Acceptance Test and Stakeholder management

• Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes

• Ability to generate effective test reports and publish results of automated tests

• Ability to identify pitfalls, and provide recommendation as well as implement best practices

• Test automation experience is not mandatory, but would help if the resource is familiar to the same

• Familiarity to credit risk domain would be good

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Open to work in UK Shift (10 Am to 9 Pm IST with 8 hours of productive work)
