Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Manual Tester
to join our on-site team in Noida Sector 62. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing fundamentals, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create well-structured test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
  • Execute manual testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
  • Log, track, and manage bugs using tools like
    JIRA
    .
  • Work closely with development and QA teams for issue resolution.
  • Participate in
    Agile/Scrum activities
    , including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Analyze requirements and identify test gaps.
  • Document test results and ensure proper test coverage.

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on manual testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.
  • Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g.,
    JIRA
    ).
  • Basic technical understanding, including:

Writing and executing
SQL queries.

Familiarity with testing principles and
QA tools
.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an
    Agile/Scrum setup.

Good to Have:

  • Basic exposure to automation or
    API testing
