Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
  • Ensures that new-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Successful previous experience as sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • 12-15 years of experience in managing sales in automobile industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability.
  • Any Graduates/Post Graduate/ Diploma in Automobile
