About the Role:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of network concepts, with hands-on experience or familiarity with WiFi technologies
Cisco,
Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. This position is perfect for someone with skills between Network+ and CCNA, looking to grow their career in network engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


•
Experience:

ü 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field/position.


•
Educational Background

ü Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


•
Technical Skills:

ü Fundamental knowledge of networking principles(OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

ü Experience with or knowledge of Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik devices.

ü Familiarity with Wi-Fi networking concepts and best practices.

ü Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.


• Must Requirements:

ü Must be willing to work in a fixed USA Day shift, including weekends.

ü Must be skilled in outbound customer calls and handling inbound calls from field techs and CS agents.


• Soft Skills:

ü Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

ü Excellent communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.

ü Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

ü Hands-on experience with network configuration and management.

ü Familiarity with network monitoring tools.

ü Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
