
Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team at DataWeave. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, uncovering insights from data, and driving operational excellence.
You will work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to manage reporting, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact lead generation, funnel conversion, and overall revenue performance, while allowing leadership to focus more on customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Management
- Own end-to-end reporting and analytics processes for Sales & Marketing Ops, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and streamline workflows to drive efficiency and conversion.
- Track lead management, funnel movement, and pipeline health for transparency and accountability.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor KPIs (lead generation, funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, etc.).
- Identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement with clear recommendations.
- Support stakeholders in developing data-driven strategies to improve revenue outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the go-to person for Sales & Marketing reporting needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales reps, marketing teams, and leadership to ensure adoption of tools and processes.
- Facilitate discussions, resolve data/reporting issues, and train end-users when needed.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain updated documentation for recurring deliverables.
- Drive automation initiatives to minimize manual effort and improve accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM/Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) preferred.
- Strong communication skills – able to explain complex data clearly and confidently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of B2B Sales & Marketing processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- MBA in Operations preferred.
