Candidates may 4+ years of working experience in operation and maintenance of HT system, machineries in facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required supporting business requirements.

  • Experience in Operating and maintenance of AC units, DG sets, Transformers, HT Breakers, LT panels, LT Breakers, Relays, HNS Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Monoblock Pumps, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting system, Solar Panel maintenance, Electrical repairs and start-up repairs, plumbing, STP, CCTV and UPS.
  • Supervise and direct a team of MSTs & STP operators, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Supports for any other work assigned by AFM/FM/KAM.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Preventive Maintenance - Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Maintain history cards and logbooks for all equipment.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination - Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
  • Supervise and direct a team to fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement conservation measures.
  • Monitor energy usage and prepare monthly readings and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess electrical needs, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify the snags in newly constructed boxes and support the HOTO process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and changes in electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
  • Must be willing and physically able to work at heights, including on rooftops, elevated platforms, and scaffolding, as required for maintenance and inspection tasks.
