Lead Technical Designer

As a key member of the project team, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire technical design process. The Technical Design Manager will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver detailed technical drawings, Good For Construction (GFC) packages, and execution documents for coworking fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will ensure that all technical designs are error-free, thoroughly detailed, and meet all specifications clearly indicated. They will manage version control, act as a technical bridge between design, site, and vendor teams, and guarantee that drawings are released on schedule. This role also involves resolving technical queries promptly and ensuring that execution aligns with design intent.

Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Drawing Development & Management
  • Develop detailed technical drawings for coworking fit-out projects, including GFC packages and execution documents.
  • Manage version control to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient decision-making within the project team.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between design, site, and vendor teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Guarantee that drawings are released on schedule, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Resolve technical queries promptly, providing clear and concise explanations to stakeholders.
