About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer with at least 2 years of experience in creating engaging posters, graphics, and short videos for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, video editing skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content that drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, banners, infographics, and creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics optimized for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for social media.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (or similar).
- Expertise in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout design.
- Creativity with attention to detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
