Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized
Social Media Marketing Executive/Specialist
to lead and execute social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of real estate clients. This role requires deep knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Management
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with individual client goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, property promotion).
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple client social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels, ensuring compliance with real estate advertising regulations.
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
Content Creation & Curation
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, original multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics, compelling captions, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for real estate audiences.
- Work closely with in-house designers, copywriters, and real estate agents/photographers to source high-quality visuals and information for property listings and market updates.
- Develop content specifically to showcase property listings, community spotlights, client testimonials, market trends, and agent personal branding.
Engagement & Community Building
- Actively monitor and manage all social media engagement, including responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and nurture online communities for clients, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, lead generation, website traffic) using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and the agency team to continually refine social media strategies and content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, industry trends, and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media marketing, in the
real estate industry or working with real estate clients at an agency.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication, creative thinking, ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously, and strong analytical skills.
