Role Description

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team full-time at our Bengaluru office. This is a hands-on role where you will be integral to shaping our company's digital voice. The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing our various social media channels, and assisting in the development and execution of impactful social media strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to track performance, analyze metrics, and ensure all social media activities align perfectly with our overall marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule compelling and high-quality content (text posts, graphics, videos, and stories) for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and

Twitter.

• Manage day-to-day activities on our social media channels, including community engagement, responding to comments, and monitoring conversations.

• Assist in brainstorming and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and provide regular reports on performance.

• Conduct research on the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrable skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.

• Solid understanding of core Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Must be able to work on-site at our Bengaluru office.
