About the Company

We are seeking an experienced CEO, to join our client's dynamic team in Gurgaon. The client is a fast-growing education franchise business operating in the pre-school and daycare segment. With a strong vision to nurture and develop early childhood education, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO who can lead the company's strategic growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional from a Sales background with solid experience in franchise operations, preferably from the pre-school or daycare industry, to take on the role of CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing all functional departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Designing, and developing and executing strategies to expand our franchise network across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives.
  • Act as a strategic leader to align teams across departments and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
  • Sales & Franchise Development
  • Drive national-level sales and franchise acquisition targets.
  • Strengthen the franchisee onboarding process and support systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.
  • Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across all functions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement SOPs across the network to maintain standardization and quality.
  • Business Expansion
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities.
  • Spearhead expansion into Tier I, II, and III cities.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Monitor financial performance and budgeting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Present business performance reports to the management, stakeholders and the board.
  • Team Management
  • Build and lead a high-performance team.
  • Ensure staff engagement, retention, and development.

Key Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in Sales and Operations, with a strong background in Franchise Business Models.
  • Prior experience in the education sector, especially pre-schools/daycare, will be highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling up operations and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and hands-on leader capable of operating in a lean environment.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
