Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
  • Determine training needs by traveling within territory; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
  • Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Update job knowledge by market exposure and Train The Trainer programs
  • Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Setting guidelines for training Calendar keeping in mind that all Sales staff are trained without hampering sellout
  • Managing Training and Sell-out performance of all promoters.
  • Ensuring the trainers cover the entire Team in on-Route Training
  • Motivating team to make Beat Practice which they are using boost sellout performance and then execution of the same in market for better sellout across
  • Handling Distribution network
  • Handling Regional Channel store
  • Responsible for Sell-through, Sell-out and Sell-in
  • Responsible for sell-out for NR Channel (Croma and Reliance)
  • Setting Channel wise, category and model wise target
  • Opening new dealers to increase Distribution strength
