About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic female Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts for our premium Audio-Visual (AV) products. The role focuses on planning and managing trade shows, expos, product launches, and promotional campaigns to position our brand as a leader in the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and product positioning.
  • Plan, organize, and manage participation in national and international exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
  • Collaborate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality booths and branding experiences.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and lead generation efforts.
  • Create impactful marketing collateral: datasheets, catalogs, presentations, and promotional videos.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for all marketing activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or event management (AV industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in social media campaigns, CRM tools, and basic design platforms (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international events.
