Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Experience: Minimum 1+ Years

Working Hours: 24/7 Support (6 Days a Week)

Location: HBR Layout, Bangalore

Department: Administration / Facilities Management

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  1. Responsible for managing all aspects of facilities functions and the team.

  2. Responsible for interfacing with vendors, service providers and internal support staff to ensure smooth operation of:

  3. Biometric Access control

  4. Internet services
  5. Power/UPS/Generator
  6. A/C
  7. Cab facilities
  8. Telephone/Network/LAN/Servers
  9. Catering services
  10. Facilities Cleaning
  11. Office boys' operation
  12. Handling of Visitors

  13. Security staff, etc.

  14. Responsible for inventory/ordering/maintenance of office supplies/ hardware.

  15. Responsible for managing the construction of "State-of-the-art" Sun Technologies' new building by:

  16. Interfacing with vendors, architect, and builder.

  17. Accounting /documenting all building expenses.
  18. Ensuring proper delivery of building materials at the construction site.

  19. Ensuring proper execution of quality building construction. Maintain all records for company facilities/sites.

  20. Arrange company town hall meetings/conferences

  21. Assist in client visits - Planning, implementation and the visits.

  22. Maintenance of the Facility Operations database synchronized with the US Office. Documenting cab drivers documents. Documenting of service reports for AC, UPS and Generator

  23. Assist in developing company advertisements, internal/external websites, and any marketing materials/promotions

  24. Transport management and transport team coordination

  25. Develop cost effective schedules based on pickup/drop off points and develop daily.

  26. Duty roster as per management guidelines.
  27. Manage and coordinate transport capacity.
  28. Enforce safety procedures strictly.

  29. Check transport bills for accuracy and catch all errors.

  30. Responsible for space management- Manage seat and room allocation, work with office leadership to resolve issues and qualify requests, confirm allocated seats weekly for all new users, ensure database is up to date with floor plans and allocations.
