Experience: Fresher's - 3 +YearsKey Responsibilities:Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions (software engineers, data engineers, UI/UX developers, etc.)Work on W2, C2C, and and fulll time hiring models. Use job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements. Handle the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding). Key Requirements:1–3+ years of experience in US IT recruiting.

Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.)Familiarity with time zones, particularly EST/CST/PST.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Nice-to-Have:Experience working with direct clients or MSP/VMS environments.

Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting. Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹235, ₹500,000.02 per year
