Role Description

This is a part-time
Business Development Internship
role, ideal for
college students
looking to gain real-world sales and BD experience. This role is
on-site in Chennai
and requires
4-5 hours of work per day
.

You will support our BD team with lead research, prospecting, outreach, and CRM updates. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, sending introductory messages/emails, maintaining lead sheets, assisting with scheduling meetings, and helping with ongoing BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients/companies
  • Build and maintain lead lists for outreach
  • Send LinkedIn/email messages to prospects under guidance
  • Support meeting scheduling and follow-ups
  • Assist in tracking BD activities and updating CRM/Google Sheets
  • Join weekly review/learning sessions with the BD team

Qualifications

  • College student (any year) or recent graduate
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic understanding of online research and LinkedIn navigation
  • Interest in Business Development, Sales, or Client Outreach
  • Ability to work
    4-5 hours/day
    , on-site
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable speaking to people
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead-generation platforms is a plus
