Salary:

Fresher - 3LPA.

6 months 18 - months 3.4 LPA .

Above 18 months - 4.2 LPA.

Role & Responsibilities :

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for foreign clients, resolving queries and issues, providing information about products and services, maintaining customer interaction records, escalating complex problems, and meeting performance targets for customer satisfaction

  • Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
  • Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
  • Handle returns or complaints.

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi.
