**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative - International Voice Process

**Location**: Varthur, Bangalore, Karnataka

**Experience Required**: 6 months to 3 years in Customer Support (Voice Process)

**Domain**: International Customer Support

**CTC**: Up to ₹5.30 LPA (including variables) with only a decent hike

**Education Qualification**: Graduate (Technical graduates are not eligible)

**Shifts**: US Shifts, Work From Office (WFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via voice communication.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
- Graduate degree (Technical graduates are not eligible).

**Additional Information**:

- This position is based in Varthur, Bangalore.
- The role requires immediate joining.
- Work-from-office is mandatory.
