Junior Product Manager

Location - Bhubaneshwar

Experience - Minimum 2Years +

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
  • Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and work with teams to optimize performance.
  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust product strategy and positioning accordingly.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of Photo Editing industry trends, technology, and customer needs.
