Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Software Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

2. Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Create detailed user stories and use cases.

3. Product Development

  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Oversee the Agile development process, participating in scrum meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

4. Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Validate that the product meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

5. User Experience

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly.

6. Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Create product collateral such as datasheets, feature guides, and FAQs.

7. Customer Support & Training

  • Develop training materials and documentation for customer support teams.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and provide ongoing support.

8. Performance Metrics

  • Monitor KPIs to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.

9. Stakeholder Communication

  • Regularly update stakeholders on product development status and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the AEC or manufacturing domain.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with modern software development technologies and best practices.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
