Sales Program Manager

Data Analytics:
Lead cross-functional teams in program execution, leveraging advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct in-depth data analyses using Excel and other tools to track program metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop a deep understanding of operational processes, systems, and workflows to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across projects.
Create and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to align with program goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
Do market study/research to understand new trends and opportunity domain as per market knowledge.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer needs, order status, and other relevant information.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, promotions and joint PR with clients.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to sales operations.
Collaborate with various departments to find solutions to challenges that may arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
