  • Data Analytics:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in program execution, leveraging advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Conduct in-depth data analyses using Excel and other tools to track program metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop a deep understanding of operational processes, systems, and workflows to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across projects.

  • Create and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to align with program goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.

  • Data Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.

  • Do market study/research to understand new trends and opportunity domain as per market knowledge.

  • Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer needs, order status, and other relevant information.

-Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, promotions and joint PR with clients.

  • Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to sales operations.

  • Collaborate with various departments to find solutions to challenges that may arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
