Role Overview:

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing costs effectively. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of restaurants, cafés, pantry, and catering services within the organization.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute F&B budgets, ensuring cost control and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Oversee menu planning in collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Events, Admin, Operations) for smooth service delivery.
