About The Role:

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to work with Indian brands into long-term retained clients. You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solutioning with pre-sales, proposals/SOWs, commercials, and clean handover to delivery—while championing AI-integrated performance marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & manage a high-quality pipeline of Indian mid-market & enterprise brands (outbound + inbound).
  • Lead discovery to diagnose growth gaps (search, social, AI-SEO/AEO readiness, analytics, media mix, CRO).
  • Craft solutions & proposals (channel mix, budgets, KPIs, timelines, ROI/ROAS projections) and close.
  • Position AI differentiators: AI-SEO/LLMO, AI Overviews readiness, entity-first SEO, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI, creative/automation.
  • Own bookings targets, win rates, and forecast accuracy; maintain top-tier CRM hygiene.
  • Partner with Delivery to de-risk onboarding and unlock expansion in the first 90 days.
  • Represent EZ Rankings at events/webinars; develop alliances with martech platforms and associations.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5–10 years in

  • Hands-on understanding of Google Ads (Search/PMax/YouTube), Meta Ads, GA4, CRO basics, attribution.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled marketing (AI-SEO/LLMO, AI Overviews, entity SEO, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI, marketing automation: HubSpot/Zoho/LeadSquared).
  • Strong solution selling & commercial acumen (pricing, margins, bundled offers, HY/annual incentives, SOW/MSA terms).
  • Executive communication (English/Hindi), crisp storytelling, CXO-level presentations.
  • Proven CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) and reliable forecasting.
