  • Research new markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Engage with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Address client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customized sales strategies.
  • Work with the sales team to create business growth action plans.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
  • Align company offerings with client needs.
  • Manage contract negotiations with clients.
  • Secure agreements beneficial to both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Provide feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide reports on business development activities and results.
