Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Head will be responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives to drive business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations. They will identify market opportunities, build strong client and partner relationships, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
