Role Overview

The Delivery Head will be responsible for
end-to-end project delivery, client satisfaction, and practice growth
across Acceleron Solutions' service lines. This is a strategic leadership role, accountable for ensuring successful execution of projects while scaling delivery capabilities, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end responsibility for delivery of all projects/programs across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle E-Biz, and custom development portfolios.
  • Define, implement, and monitor delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, etc.).
  • Ensure projects are delivered
    on-time, within scope, and within budget
    while meeting quality standards.
  • Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies across multiple client engagements.

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Act as the
    primary delivery partner
    for key accounts, ensuring strong client satisfaction and trust.
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to
    shape solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support deal closures
    .
  • Identify opportunities for
    upselling/cross-selling services
    within existing accounts.

Team & Practice Development

  • Lead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, architects, and consultants across practices.
  • Build scalable delivery teams by driving
    talent acquisition, training, and capability development
    .
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operations & Governance

  • Establish governance frameworks for
    project reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
    .
  • Drive
    P&L ownership of delivery
    including revenue assurance, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale IT services delivery, preferably in
    ERP and enterprise applications
    .
  • Strong understanding of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle E-Biz, and custom development projects.
  • Ability to manage
    multi-million-dollar portfolios and global clients
    .
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of
    program management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile)
    .
  • Commercial acumen with experience in
    managing P&L
    .

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5+ years in a
    delivery leadership role
    .
  • Experience in global delivery models (onsite-offshore) and managing large teams
  • Exposure to
    consulting engagements, digital transformation, and cloud migrations
    will be an added advantage.
