Position: SAP Delivery Head
Location: Kolkata
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, covering ECC and SAP S/4HANA, in the capacity of both Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Finance processes, leveraging this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP implementations and Application Management Services (AMS), catering to both domestic and overseas clients.
  • Drive continuous innovation and agility within the SAP practice, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Exhibit a track record of successfully delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
  • Showcase exceptional people management skills by leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively manage customer escalations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout project engagements.
  • Take ownership of profitability management for the SAP practice, ensuring projects contribute to overall business growth.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, team members and stakeholders.
  • Aspire to progress within the organization, aiming for the position of Delivery Head in SAP.
  • The role requires customer facing responsibilities as well as travel.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in SAP Finance processes highly desirable along with exposure in other modules of SAP.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex end-to-end SAP projects, including ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutioning, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions for clients' business challenges.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Sound financial acumen, capable of managing project profitability and contributing to the growth of the SAP practice.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
