Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data, including rent rolls, operating expenses, and valuation reports, to assess property performance.
  • Support negotiation processes with landlords, tenants, brokers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and leveraging digital channels to attract tenants or buyers.
  • Review and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal standards related to property transactions.
  • Coordinate property management activities such as lease administration, tenant communications, and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Maintain organized records of property documents, legal contracts, and administrative files with precision.
  • Collaborate with multilingual or bilingual teams to communicate effectively across diverse client bases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally during property viewings or negotiations.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for favorable terms.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies specific to real estate promotion and tenant acquisition.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of property management practices including lease administration and tenant relations.
  • Familiarity with real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal documentation involved in transactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of sales techniques applicable within the real estate sector to support client engagement.
  • Ability to navigate administrative processes efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.
