Overview

Duties

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Analyze property values and investment potential to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance property visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in property management tasks, including tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and market data.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to the real estate industry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous administrative experience within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
