About the Role

Designation: Vice President - Business Development

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: LPA + ESOPs (as per company policy)

Qualifications

  • MBA - Marketing + Engineer
  • IIM, ISB, Symbiosis, SPJIM, XLRI

Required Skills

  • years in Sales
  • Experience in sale of Packaging Products is a must
  • Excellent track record of business development
  • B2B Product Sales Experience
  • Team Builder and Motivator
  • Excellent personality and communication skills
  • Handled a sales team of minimum 5 people
  • CRM system/Data driven
  • High contacts with Corporate Customers
  • Experience in sale of Packaging Products is a plus

Preferred:-

  • Companies worked with: Moglix, Udaan, Bizongo, India Mart, Ofbusiness, Any other reputed B2B company

Role and Responsibilities:-

  • Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Build and Head sales teams 25+
  • Deliver high Sales Growth (20% M-O-M)
  • Achieve collection targets/cashflow
  • Improve gross margins
  • Product Solutions and Platform Sales
  • Pan India Role
  • Manage BLT/MUM office
