About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and captions aligned with brand voice and trends.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better reach & engagement.
  • Assist in running paid ads on Meta and Google (basic understanding preferred).
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creative requirements.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, and engage with the audience to grow community reach.
  • Conduct competitor research and trend analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and campaign ideas.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva/Adobe/online design tools (optional but preferred).
  • Good communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.
