We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate with 2–6 years of experience in the FinTech sector. If you have in-depth knowledge of mutual funds and investment products, a flair for building client relationships, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for investment and financial products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (CRM) to drive retention and upselling.
- Address client objections and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on financial products and services.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in FinTech, mutual funds, investments, or related financial services.
- Solid understanding of mutual fund products, investments, and financial planning.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, simple way.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
