Manager – B2B Payments

We are looking for a Manager – B2B Payments & Foreign Exchange to join 360tf. You will own end-to-end product and operations for cross-border payments and FX, working across partners, product, tech, compliance and commercial teams to launch and scale 360tf Pay. This role requires strategic ownership, operational rigor, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Process Management
- Manage and oversee all aspects of FX and payment operations, including partner evaluation and onboarding, and establishing operational processes and systems.
- Define, document and continuously improve SOPs for remittances, reconciliations, settlement flows and exception handling.
- Engage with banking, PSP and other partners to ensure seamless collaboration and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flows and timely issue resolution.
Product Management
- Strategise target markets and prepare prioritized lists of customers and segments for the product.
- Own P&L inputs for the product, monitor unit economics, fees, margins and partner costs.
- Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers and other external stakeholders to enable product features and integrations.
- Support corporates and internal teams in executing FX and payment transactions and complex customer flows.
Training and Knowledge Building
- Design and deliver training programs on FX products, cross-border payments, compliance requirements and partner flows for sales, ops and customer-facing teams.
- Build knowledge repositories, playbooks and FAQs to scale institutional knowledge.
Technology and Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Work with product and technology teams to define requirements, implement enhancements, and drive integrations (APIs, reconciliation engines, onboarding portals).
- Measure process KPIs and run improvement initiatives to reduce TATs, errors and manual effort.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/KYC rules and internal policies related to payments and FX transactions.
- Identify, assess and mitigate operational and regulatory risks associated with remittances and FX exposures.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to implement controls and respond to regulatory queries or audits.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on transaction volumes, exposures, partner performance and operational metrics.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for optimization or new product features.
End-to-End Product Ownership
- Take full responsibility for driving 360tf Pay from concept to execution — research, strategy, setup, partner selection, integration and operational alignment.
- Define roadmaps, success metrics and commercial models for product launches and iterations.
Market & Regulatory Research
- Conduct primary and secondary research to assess market opportunities, competitive landscape and licensing/regulatory requirements across target jurisdictions.
- Provide actionable insights to inform product design, pricing and go-to-market choices.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Identify target markets, define product proposition and support the creation of a scalable GTM plan.
- Work with marketing and sales to craft value propositions, partner programs and onboarding workflows for key customer segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, commercial, risk and partner teams to translate strategy into deliverables.
- Lead and oversee tech and operational projects required for setting up and launching the product; ensure timelines, milestones and objectives are met.
- Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining clear project governance and communication.
Strategic Agility
- Be ready to wear multiple hats — from research and planning to execution and coordination — in a fast-moving initiative.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and pivot priorities as required to capture market opportunities.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 5–8 years experience in payments, FX operations, corporate treasury, fintech product or a related area.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX products (spot, forwards, hedging concepts), and partner ecosystems (banks, PSPs, gateways).
- Demonstrated experience in partner onboarding, operational process design and SLA management.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams on integrations (APIs, reporting, reconciliation).
- Good knowledge of compliance (KYC/AML), regulatory considerations and risk mitigation for cross-border payments.
- Strong analytical skills — able to build reports, monitor exposures and extract insights from transaction data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience launching a payments or FX product end-to-end.
- Exposure to multiple jurisdictions and familiarity with licensing / regulatory requirements across regions.
- Experience with automation and payment orchestration platforms, or fintech integrations at scale.
- Cross-functional leadership or people-management experience.
