Location: Armed Forces Welfare Housing Organisation
AFWHO is seeking a confident and dynamic professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager / Client Relationship Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Attend clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Provide accurate and complete information about our projects, offerings, and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, primarily senior Armed Forces Officers.
- Manage the communication/follow up with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and requirements promptly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with maturity, patience, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in client servicing / front office management / real estate industry preferred.
