Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) role, based in Noida. In this role, the CRM professional will manage customer accounts, oversee client relationships, and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, driving customer engagement, collaborating across teams to manage projects effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and support.
