We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA fresher to join our team as a CRM Executive. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing CRM campaigns, and supporting customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer database in the CRM system .
  • Support in planning, execution, and analysis of CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve experience.
  • Coordinate with sales, Project, and customer service teams to ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for performance and customer metrics.
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene and accuracy in the CRM system.
  • Help resolve customer issues by working with relevant departments and documenting interactions.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Operations, or related field (2024–2025 batch preferred).
  • B.tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or academic project experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
