Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic experience in handling client interactions. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and coordinate with clients on calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and service updates.
  • Prepare and maintain client reports and records.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in CRM or customer handling role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
