As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations and booking requests while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by coordinating with different departments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Confirm bookings and provide accurate reservation details to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure availability of rooms or services.
  • Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of reservations and customer profiles.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving reservation-related issues.
  • Meet and exceed sales and booking targets.

Requirements and Skills

  • 1-8 years of experience in handling hotel reservations or a related field
  • Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems, MS Office, and related tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,633.74 per month
