Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai is looking for **Reservation Executive **who is highly passionate in the industry.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Managing all the room booking requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms.
Maintain and updating room availability on online booking platforms
Supporting guest for Air ticket booking, transport & other services etc
Booking confirmation, Online booking platform & queries handling
Makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system.
Needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.
Helps to meet monthly revenue targets. Coming up with promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue. Has to create packages based on requests.
Must also make reservations on other services as requested.
Should be versed with all packages and the up selling of products/services.
Deals with guests adeptly and maintains confidentiality of guest information and property data.
**Experience**:
Good communication & interpersonal skill. Basic knowledge of online booking platform & services etc..
**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
