Job Title: Documentation Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual with good computer skills and sound technical knowledge to assist in day-to-day office operations, communication handling, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication efficiently.
  • Manage company stamps and assist with document signing processes.
  • Prepare, print, scan, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain data entry and file organization accurately.
  • Support management in daily office tasks and follow-ups.
  • Be proactive in identifying and completing assigned responsibilities on time.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Note:

  • Need to do Cross functional, whenever other division/departments requires support
  • Need to agree with 2 year agreement
  • Should be okay with rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
