Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Head of Engineering. The Head of Engineering will lead and manage engineering teams, oversee engineering operations, and drive the development of software solutions. Day-to-day activities include strategizing and executing projects, guiding teams to meet technical objectives, ensuring the alignment of engineering efforts with business goals, and optimizing project workflows. Additionally, the role entails fostering innovation, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

  • Proficiency in Project Management and Software Development for planning, executing, and delivering innovative technical projects seamlessly.
  • Experience in aligning engineering goals with business objectives and driving performance improvements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience working in AI, voice, chat, or omni-channel solutions is a plus.
