Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for the HR Head - Global at AI-Data Value Info Com-Tech Alliance. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing the global human resources strategy and execution, managing HR policies, organizing and optimizing personnel management practices, and enhancing employee benefits programs. This role will involve actively advising on HR compliance across multiple regions, planning organizational development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive and productive workplace culture. The HR Head will also collaborate with senior leadership to ensure adherence to updated labor laws and regulations globally.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, HR strategies, and organizational development
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies and managing compliance with labor laws
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits programs and initiatives supporting employee well-being
  • Strong background in Personnel Management, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance management
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Experience working in global organizations with a knowledge of international labor laws and regulations is preferred
